Always non-existent service.Found the trainers we wanted but asked to try two different sizes as in-between.After 40 mins and asking three different members of staff for help we gave up and bought elsewhere. Almost the same thing happened previously but thought I would give them another go.Convenient location and fairly decent range so may be worth a visit if you can just pick it up from the rack and go straight to till but otherwise (and especially if under 15 or over 25) do not bother

Went there to pick up an online order and waited probably 15-20 mins for someone to find it. Had an email to say they had it but they didn't recognise the order number. Someone spent about 10 mins looking for it then came down with someone else's parcel.Eventually they said they had found it and 5-10 mins later someone can out with it.I would recommend just paying for home delivery instead of collecting from store.

Bad service. Black Friday supposed to be. At the cashier they tell you different price.

I expected a better selection and better service but alas no. Teenagers just don't care.

The worst place ever never gonna buy any more products from them. Firstly received the product really late than the dispatch date which was 28th of June and collected it on 14th of July. Secondly the shoes were really slippery and had a fall and came back to the shop waiting in the queue for half an hour pathetic customer service the manager didn’t seem like he cared about anyone. Spoke to the lady at the till and explained her I am eligible for the 14days replacement and they denied the request saying the shoe is not in good condition have put the photo for everyone to see like literally wore just once and then the manager comes up and says he can’t do anything other than sending it for inspection since the shoe is in a bad condition like i got this brand new two days back from your store and you guys without even looking at it just judge the shoes which frustrated me since i waited for this shoes quiet long and again he said 14 days which just literally is really bad customer service. I work in the hospitality industry and thats not how we treat people we come up with solutions rather than giving excuses. Would not recommend my colleagues to even visit this store since there is no respect for customers. Reporting to higher management in regards to this not happy at all.

Poor experience!I'm not a horrible person who rate 1 star everywhere, however this one was ,, earned,, by the team from 3 pm.1. Dirty changing rooms! Staff suposed to keep them clean. They are full of dust. Hoover, swipe just please do something!2. Rude staff. Most of them they act like they can't be bother.I ask today one of the staff members ( a lady ) if she can open the changeing door for me; she just put a very unpleasant expression on her face like she was makeing me a favour. Big no, no!3. Person by the till supose to listen and not to ask you 3 times if you want a bag. And as well manners are important. If your customers wish you a good day, silent treatment is not ideal.Very disappointed by the staff not by the sport's clothes selection.

This store has amazing offers and basically everything you can want which is always good , however today i had went in to buy some shorts. I approached the man on till and asked out of curiosity if they accept student discount there , in which he replied rudely that it was only online. This was completely fine and i understand their terms and conditions. However this man had the rudest tone ever , had a face on him and looked like he hated being there , which we all get at work but he made this clear by delivering customer service in a very rude manner. Even when we paid , all he said to us was “25” just before we paid and there was no thank you after we purchased or anything. It was the same for every staff i had seen in the store , they all looked as miserable as ever like they didn’t want to help out!

Shocking customer service today, only wanted to return an item that was too big for my son, the lady at the till was very unpleasant and a smile wouldn't go a miss

Visited the Game in store. Wasn't a huge selection of stock, and quite pricey, but worth a look around if you're into gaming

Please, I cannot stress this enough, do not shop at this store. When I ordered in-store for a delivery to come to my house, they printed a receipt with a completely different customer's information and order. When I returned to the store to inquire about this, after my shoes did not arrive, all of the staff (even the main manager) were absolutely clueless and unsympathetic. It took me 40 minutes to get a refund and no answer to how this ridiculous mistake was made.
