Avoid this place at all costs. My card somehow got registered to someone else's account. When I went to collect I was told I couldn't, even though I had paid for it, registered and given my ID. The hire website clearly isn't secure. I've wasted half a day trying to sort this out. Speedy hire, what a joke.

This company is absolutely unbelievable. I was rent something for 24h they delivered and the staff doesn’t work i call them I explain the situation and nobody fixit but they come secon day take the staf back but not give me my money back. I don’t want to pay some thing what is not working.

An absolute joke of a training centre. It took countless emails and calls and more than 6 months to get replacement cards and they couldn't even correct my name on them which I asked for from day 1. In almost every email they have lied to me about the progress of the new card, on one occasion they told me it's been posted in that day, weeks later they told me again. Non of these ever showed up. This was for Ipaf and pasma, if you can, choose somewhere else. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Avoid at all costs ! Poor customer service - came into trade counter today ( Tuesday 28th March 23) was served by Ian edwards who we hired a concrete breaker , transformer and chisel. We paid a deposit of £165 on top of the price of the hire was told we would be refunded same day ! Called them up to chase refund at 3pm told someone would call me back . No one did . Also went back down to trade counter to chase refund again . To be met with Ian edwards who said it’s been processed . His manager Russel came out and informed us it would take 48 hours . This is not good enough and also can I add as we was walking out they thought it was funny . Will never be using them again.

Dreadful. Incredibly slow. Took 9 hours to get back to me to say that they didn't have what I wanted on the shelf, so I couldn't have it tomorrow as it was too late in the day to get hold of it...'Speedy' is obviously an ironic name
