Asbestos Surveys & Advice

The team was extremely helpful and extremely fast to turnaround a report on our building. The engineers who came seemed highly knowledgeable and were very personable and easy to approach with any questions. The price of the survey was very reasonable in my opinion and all in all I would have no problem recommending them to anyone, large job or small. Thank you.

We urgently needed to remove asbestos from our loft, that was found by a sampling company. After checking different options, we went for ASA as they gave the cheapest quote for removal and certificate, after we emailed photos of loft area + the asbestos. Also, got good vibes from previous reviews and on speaking to Garry about the process. Another positive was that given our financial circumstance and the emergency ( needed to remove to asbestos quickly as free loft insulation work was cancelled abruptly), Garry agreed for us to pay in two monthly instalments, so really appreciated the trust ASA had in us. Plan was to pay 50% prior to removal, then after testing, pay the remaining 50% within 40 days, then get certificate. Soon after appointment arranged (within a week or so, ASA-sourced contractors came, removed the material within an hour, another contractor from lab, sourced by ASA, came and sampled the air. Unexpectedly, a day later, received the certificate of testing to confirm air was free, kindly sent by ASA to help expedite the process of installing lift insulation. Thank you Garry. Only thing was I was expecting to see Garry & co at the door but it turned to be contractors linked to ASA; they were professional and quick with service. Would definitely recommend ASA - no red tape involved from calling to removal, understanding, affordable, professional and they got the job done. - HenK

Like me, you will probably note the number of 5* ratings and think that you had better give ASA a call to help with whatever asbestos related problem you have. You won't be disappointed. I just needed a very short notice inspection. I tried 3 places and ASA were the cheapest, quickest and most efficient by a good margin. Turned up when they said they would, did the inspection in short order and then reported back by phone 2 days later to say that all the samples were clear. Report followed 24 hours later. Really excellent service. And now there are fourteen 5* ratings .....

We had ASA out to a property in Surrey, and they were excellent as always. The surveyor took plenty of time in every room, explained what he was seeing and what needed to be tested. I had lots of questions, and he was happy to field them all. Follow-up queries later on were dealt with equally patiently by Garry. All round reliable service. Highly recommended.

Prompt response to my urgent request for an assessment. Sample taken within two working days. Technician arrived on time to collect sample and communicated lab result within three working days. Reasonable fee, good communication with the customer, polite and helpful attitude. Would recommend.

ASA provided an excellent service. They answered all my questions regarding the work required and conducted the asbestos testing within a couple of days. ASA also provided the results of the tests within 72 hours. ASA`s representatives were efficient, thorough and friendly.
