Puddledock woods

Marie & her partner treat me really well, they're super welcoming!! I definitely had some quality time spent camping in their little forest It was really amazing!

Beautiful scenery and location. Massive potential but a few let downs.The shop has no prices and no explanation of how to pay.There was one toilet and 2 showers. Not enough. There were compost toilets, but they were locked. It was quiet, so we had no issues with this.The whole place needs a good clean, for £30 a night I expected the premium end of camping. The hot shower came out like a fine rain. Full of spider webs. All seemed outdated and cluttered. Where you camp was lovely, but not properly mowed so full of stinging nettles.I loved no cars near tents, as it looked better. And they come and help move everything in minutes.For these reasons we wouldn’t visit again as a beautiful location.Sadly couldn’t mention to young lad running it, as he was extremely passive aggressive.Enjoyed out experience and very dog friendly.
