One member of staff has serious attitude problem. Completely ignorant, very impolite, she needs re training or better still find another job not involving dealing with members of the public.

Please hand out the coupons that gets printed out. You didn't give me mine and I can see the stacking up. Why?

They are one of the cheaper fuel stations in the area. It can be busy at peak times, usually quick. The air and water are charged for using a credit/debit card. There is a little shop here, and the larger store and facilities are onsite. Access could be better; watch the road layout and drivers not paying attention if you are going directly to for fuel.

I wouldn’t normally review a petrol station, but my visit was spoilt by a rude old woman who worked there. Just to start with, I’m fully aware that you cannot use your phone to call at a petrol station. I got my phone out to look at the time (and obviously didn’t have it to my ear making a call) and had her call over the speaker telling me not too; which was incredibly rude. If you are going to utilise your minuscule amount of power, at least understand what people are and aren’t allowed to do. A phone being checked for the time is no more dangerous than a phone in someone pocket. Enforce the rules when they’re being broken, don’t be rude to customers.

I like using this Sainsbury's petrol station because it's open until gone 10pm most nights, the air for tyre pressures is free and the shop attached to it sells a good selection of Sainbury's products at the same price as in the main store. I go there for milk, newspapers, wine, sandwiches, sweets, tobacco etc. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. They also have a vacuum for cleaning car interiors and a car wash facility which is rarely over-subscribed or not working - which is brilliant. There are at least ten pumps selling cut-price fuel, which is another bonus, along with the addition of Nectar points. I totally recommend this place.

Although recently a van was stuck in the car wash for over a week the car wash, air and water are regularly out of order. Secondly, I appreciate it can be busy as part of the supermarket but when queues are long there is often only the one cashier regardless of the time of day. Used to be one of the cheapest garages, but surprisingly in the past have seen lower fuel prices in even remote or country garages by 4-5p a litre but we know supermarkets lately have been hesitant or late in passing on the reduced prices but finally reducing regularly.Stopped using as regularly as I used to especially with the Shell garage being virtually opposite now being quicker and prices comparable now. (Shell used to be considerably higher)

Good petrol price. Handy if you're driving towards Brislington/Bath on the Spine road, unless it's rush hour. Can get busy at peak shopping times too.

Your average petrol station, pretty standard but a tad pricey.

Great staff. Ideally located with easy access to main roads to Bath and Bristol. Car wash, tyre inflator and water facilities there too as well as the shop.

Sorry but extremely poor response to an incident at the Petrol Station. The incident was nobody's fault, just a possible result of air pressure and the hot weather which caused a blowback from the petrol tank after taking the nozzle out which went all over my wife.1. Staff did not know what to do when I told them my wife was covered in petrol. They should know exactly what to do. I suggested they get some water (not the right thing really) It took ages for the staff member to come back with any water.2. My wife just wanted to rush home and shower and I had no card, so they wouldn't let me go without paying even though I requested a receipt and explained the situationI requested access to CCTV and left my name and number. The Manager did call back.3.On the call the manager immediately said my wife had left pressure on the nozzle and said he could clearly see that. I did challenge that, but he was convinced otherwise4.I was told I'd have to contact the police to be able to view CCTV. That is not true.Very defensive and accusative even though I wasn't putting any blame on Sainsbury'sNot the sort of response I would expect from a professional (ahem) organisation.
