Visited the practice today and saw a lovely dentist, all the staff were really friendly. Would recommend!

European dentist was unable to diagnose a rotten tooth and she said she doesn't know what is wrong with the tooth even after an x-ray. I paid privately at another dentist and they said immediately that your tooth is very decayed and they removed it that week. Apparently it could have lead to fatal sepsis. The dentist who removed the tooth for me said, how anyone could fail to see that the tooth was rotten is beyond their comprehension and they felt sorry for me saying it must have been extremely painful, which it was! I'd urge anyone to steer clear of Mydentist Sinfin or at least be extremely cautious as malpractice is an everyday event there. I'd hate for someone else's loved ones to be abused which is effectively what I went through. I could have died from dental sepsis. NB management don't do what you have done with another review and claim I'm not a patient as you are clearly liars. I'll post my receipt as proof of needed. You'll be hearing from the dental care ombudsman and I hope you are dealt with.

Horrible experience.I went for a scale and polish with Kate wasn't given her surname .Left feeling ill.I will not recommend or return here.Disappointing response from owner to say the least ???!!!

I called up to make an appointment for my 8 year old to be told she has been taken off the register for a missed appointment, an appointment that I never made for her! No letter sent to me no phone call nothing! However me and her dad are both still on the register! Even if I had made the appointment its not the 8 year olds responsibility to get herself there ! The receptionist was extremely rude and I've always found this particular young woman to be extremely rude she most certainly should not be in customer service

Been petrified of the dentist since childhood this is the only dentist I’ve felt any kind of ease especially with Sahar Hashmat best dentist iv ever seen! Kind listens to what you have to say and genuinely cares even the receptionist always has a smile and is super nice every time 5*

Phoned up months ago (I was an NHS patient on their list) to be told no appointments available. Ring up again today to be told I'm no longer registered!!! So here I am, when you actually need them, using every closet trick in the book to make you go private. Avoid!!!

I visited last week for the first time. The experience was excellent from start to finish. Friendly staff, efficient, very clean.Dr Malgorzata Kasperek is a very professional, gentle and understanding dentist, explains everything and was reassuring throughout the treatment.Goes above and beyondHighly recommended :-)

I rang up the surgery to try and book an appointment and got through to an incredibly rude receptionist. If you don't like the job in customer service, grow up, learn basic manners and work elsewhere. There's no need to take it out on people who have no choice but to call up and book appointments. Unfortunately, there is no option for no stars. Avoid this dentist surgery due to this rude receptionist!!
