Aaron and the team were very professional and managed my expectations from the beginning. When they worked out that my external HD had a faulty component they ordered this, replaced the faulty part and then managed to recover pretty much all my data, except a few small things I had been working on when the hard-drive crashed. I found it very reassuring that payment (even for the new part at £200, ordered from abroad) was only expected if they managed to recover the data. This was a sign to me that they would essentially do everything they could do to recover the data. After realising I had lost a lot of very important work data, I Got a quote from a Data recovery company based in Pencoed. They gave me a quote which was so vague and tiered from £1500-£3000. Obviously I didn’t use that company.!So I contacted Aaron at Recover my data and can’t thank him enough for the service and price that I was given.
