1st time ordering from Stitches + Steel. Communication was excellent. Prices were great. Delivery was quick. But I was amazed most by the top quality of the products I bought. I will be using Stitches + Steel again. Also the youtube channel with tutorial videos to fit the items I bought were very handy and made fitting really easy . Thanks everyone at S+S.

Fantastic service. I called up the team with a last minute request for help on a Friday afternoon, in desperate need of an awning before a very rainy weekend away. These legends managed to package up and send out exactly what I was after in the nick of time for a next day delivery. Not only that, but the awning itself has been great, used it a couple of times now, really easy to adjust, keeps the worst of the British weather off and looks pretty dope.I've had a couple of other bits and pieces from them already and uniformly impressed with the look, feel and practicality of their products.Thank you S+S, keep on truckin'

What amazing quality and speedy delivery. Found these guys when looking for an awning and looked just what we needed. Had a few questions which were answers via email really quickly (and really friendly) and went ahead and ordered. As I’d seen rave reviews on YouTube I also ordered their organiser thingy too. Both arrived within 2 days and both are amazing quality. Soooo much better than I’ve seen elsewhere and we’ve been camping and VanLifing for years! Really nice touches for the awning and despite a competitive price, everything screams quality. The organiser was equally good quality and nice little touches with that too despite being a simple thing. These guys will be my go-to for van/camping stuff in future as rare to see that sort of eye to detail and quality nowadays ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service and communication is a joke. No phone number available! Only reply as and when they feel like it via email.If you have issues with their products as I did, they just ask for the items to be returned rather than try to accommodate and put right. They seem like a immature company and if you don’t like things their way it’s tough! I wouldn’t recommend. Had items sent out several times as items were damaged on delivery. I asked for them to be packaged differently and was ignored and kept sending the same way and items kept coming damaged!

I’ve always found it necessary to ring the boys at S+S after each order I’ve received to let them know how delighted I am with their products. Quality and service is always exceptional, delivery prompt but above all the thought that has clearly gone in to every design and upgrade leaves me totally satisfied. Thanks guys!

I have an awning and a couple of the low rider folding chairs. Very impressed with the build quality and usefulness of both. The chairs are great if you are meeting friends and would like back support without towering over those sat on the floor and the awning is great, rain or shine!

Whilst the Initial communication process was slow, on install day the fitter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we are delighted with our Multirail.

Bought the awning rail and awning from here. The rail arrived without the end caps and Andy was really helpful getting the problem resolved. The quality of the awning/tarp and rail were impressive and I would definitely consider their other products in future. Great customer service and products!

I just wanted to thank Oli, Josh, Andy and Ru for all of the help on the conversion of the van, plus all of the well thought out and manufactured accessories I’ve purchased over the past couple of months, they have all been awesome and It’s seriously changed my life! The van and conversion has given me a newly found freedom that I’ve missed for a number of years! If anyone is on the fence about a van conversion, just take the plunge, you will not be disappointed!!Once again thanks to everyone at S+S
