City Cruises London - Office

The on boat experience is nice but they definitely oversell. It is highly likely that you have to wait for 1-2 boats before you can boat. And it’s 40 minute a boat. So would not recommend if you do not want to stand in a queue for 1-1.5 hours every time you board the boat.

Went on a very merry Christmas lunch cruise, it was organised through a local coach company but there were plenty of other people there to,. We were given a complimentary glass of bubbley on arrival then took our seat for the 3 hour cruise down the Thames while they served our 3 course meal, the food was very nice and we had a singer who sang Christmas and other well known songs and crackers on the table made a great fun day out.

This is a great boat ride and very informative. The staff on the boat were friendly and helpful. The one staff member was really good and gave us his version of the sights of london which was really entertaining a fun. The boat ride is a great and different way to look at london. Well worth a trip and easy way to get to different parts of london. The price was reasonable.

Had a great trip on your cruise from Greenwhich to Parlament,Just one small query,At the booking office we were asked if we had any concessionsI told your member of staff my age and got a concession.My Daughters ticket was 1 Adult £8.17My ticket with concession was 1 Senior £8.58Now I was led to believe that a concession should save you money?Please explain

Best way to see London and eayiest way to get into the centre and to Greenwich. Cheaper then the river bus if you show the ticket office a travel card or Oyster card. Takes the same amount if time as the river bus. Double decker boats, open top desk. Coffee and food, snacks and bar all on the boat and bathrooms. Live or recorded commentary in English but free headphone so you can hear 7 other languages. Friendly staff, amazing views. They also offer special boats for Afternoon tea, Lunch or Dinner cruises also very good. If you want to go to a London attraction you can save money by buying the tickets with City Cruises. Highly recommend this, better then sitting the tube / subway train in London.

Absolutely fabulous. Cruise, Dinner, Drinks, Entertainment and Dancing, all while cruising down the Thames.Can't wait till we can do it again.

Reasonably priced and friendly staff. A favourite day out when friends and family come to visit London in the summer

Great views..mainly in summer..lucky today with the weather. Not cold and the cruise boat was warm inside.

It is one of the best tour cruises that I ever experience. This tour gave mean excellent outlook of the entire city. It is really amazing how many structures and historical places that you can see along the river. Definitely interesting and enjoying experience. You can also learn and know the history about the city.

Excellent trip. Little breezy but treated well by staff reminded about safety without being preached too.
