I only shop here if I'm passing or need fuel as it's generally the cheapest in the area. There is a good clothing section and stocks the less common groceries so it's a good place to find more obscure ingredients. The cafe is good value and has lift and stair access with a view out to sea

Went to customer services first. Looking for 'rose water' used in asian cooking. Found it on their store locator, 13 in stock £1.35. Asked where it was, given location. Not there, askec another member of staff, oh it will be in cooking section. 1/4 the size and £3. No its not that one wrong bottle wrong size. Oh and the same bottle is on line in Asda at a £1. But can't find it in any store i have tried in Cornwall.

Loads of free parking even on the busiest of sunny days.Big selection of everything. Wetsuit section in the clothing section which can be handy.Petrol prices significantly cheaper than anywhere on the A30.Easy to get to from Marazion and Penzance

The staff make the store and in this store the staff are superb!Clean store.Huge variety.Well stocked.Competitively priced.Highly recommended.Bias feedback as is my personal favourite supermarket.

The best Sainsbury I have ever visited! The store is huge and has everything you could possibly need, including Habitat and Tu plus Argos and a cafe even. The only downside is that I noticed buses around here aren't that regular.

I took advantage of the restaurant which is located on the 1st floor, I wanted to eat something warm and sit down for a while. The restaurant is large and bright with large windows overlooking the sea and has a long balcony with tables. On that day, the wind did not work, it was spoiled, I walked up the wide stairs. Behind the restaurant is the toilet.

I visited Sainsbury's in Penzance near the end of a 280 mile drive. The petrol was reasonably priced, but not cheap. It was a relief to use their toilet. And I was able to buy a presentable bunch of flowers for my hosts.All of this without leaving my planned route.Excellent.

A very delicious breakfast before we left to come home from our holiday. The service from the staff was brilliant.The customer lift is out of order, however, a store assistant informed me that there is an additional lift at the rear of the store and I could have asked to use this. Whilst the lift is out of order a sign letting those of us with mobility issues would be much appreciated, as a non local I did not know about the other lift and struggled with the stairs to and from the upper level.

Went here to collect my click and collect order sat at the tannoy for ten mins ringing like a right lemon no answer. Went into the store to see what was going on someone will be out now they replied.went back out to the collection area guess what no one there thought I'd try my luck on the tannoy again and guess what no answer.sat there contemplating my existence and leaving my groceries then finally after a 20 minute ordeal someone appeared and I had my groceries in hand and I was off. Not acceptable and won't be click and collecting again.

Got there nice and early. Toilets were disgusting so hadn't been looked at for ages. Big signs up saying how they aim to keep them clean as well.
