Tenpin Walsall

Played lazer tag for half an hour. It was fun. Kids enjoyed it and it was a good work out. Parking available. Not that good food. Better to eat out.

My daughters party was amazing! The hosts were fabulous and so friendly. The gifts for the party and attention to detail were fantastic. Would highly recommend and book again.

We were in the town so decided to pop in and see what it was like.There's something for everyone in here. Food, drink, pool, ten pin bowling of course, arcade games, air hockey and just all round fun to be had. Staff were a little short with their replies at times, but I guess they are rushed off their feet for the most part.When it comes to food, I'd pop out to eat as its bland and just freezer food heated and slapped on a plate to consume.Yet considering we didn't book and just popped in, they had a lane for us within the hour. So we played some games and then played bowling and fun was had by all.Enjoy.

We had my daughters 6th birthday here (July 2023) and it was fabulous. Thanks to all of the brilliant staff who were incredibly helpful despite being busy with lots of parties at the same time! Food and orders were quick and absolutely no complaints! Lots of fun was had and we can’t wait to come back!

Absolutely appalling customer service at Tenpin Walsall. Went for 2 games of bowling and was left waiting at the front desk while the staff enjoyed a conversation right in front of me and ignored me. The lane I was put on was absolutely filthy and when I went over for a drink I was asked for ID and got given such a dirty look while they looked at me up and down and questioned my ID. Definitely not impressed and would think again about going anytime soon.

The lovely staff and nice atmosphere; the bar staff member let the team down. The queue was long and she just walked away and the lady who was serving just continued to work. Very good service.Very clean and friendly; I would definitely recommend.The lady on the till was lovely so thank you.

Had my daughters birthday party there on 28/10. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. In between bowling, they did several party games with each lane and even a giant dance competition for all the parties. I was sceptical after booking and reading previous reviews on Trust pilot about other tenpin venues. Walsall was fantastic, every member of staff was friendly. I was really impressed with the party setup. Each child got a chocolate bar, unlimited squash, pizza and chips each. I wouldn't hesitate to book another party at Walsall again!

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at Tenpin Walsall this week. After bowling, she also played on some of the games. The place was clean and easy to move around. Staff were so kind and helpful. This makes ALL the difference to any event. They did whatever they could to assist and make sure our time was enjoyable. We will definitely visit again. Thank you.

Visited here mid-week for two games of bowling with my husband. It was quiet which is to be expected and suited us just fine. We were checked in by a friendly lady and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. We loved being able to add photos of the bowlers and a background picture, a nice touch which added a bit of fun. There were plenty of bowling balls to choose from, everything was clean and tidy and I wouldn't hesitate to come here again.
