Great service. Gave us some recommendations and quick safety tips before heading off. Comes with all safety gear and pouches for valuables. We called the night before, and Darren found us a slot for the next day. Really easy to organise, will definitely Use again, a great day!

I had arranged this for my son's birthday, as his was on the 15th of July the day of our outing. Unfortunately our hire was cancelled the day before, due to the weather which is no fault of the company, however to arrange a refund is taking ages. I was promised 10 working days, but as of today 13 odd days not even a curtesy call and yes I've phoned and was met with a cold shoulder. They didn't even seem interested to find out to whom they were speaking and had to give my name. If the refund was done a reasonable time frame I would have rebooked at a later stage. Very quick to take your money, but extremely slow with the refund. I might have to approach my bank as well as they've had my money since the 26 of June.

We, a group of 7, booked half a day canoeing experince with TK watersports and thanks to Darren, Gavin and Jon, all in all, we had an amazing time!Darren provided a top notch service from booking to canoeing day experience. He provided flexibility on dates and times as the weather was so unpredictable. I, along with my family, had an amazing day learning how to canoe, whilst taking in the beauty of plymouth! They were all very friendly and kept us entertained while sharing their knowledge of plymouth with us, which made the experince even more interesting. Gavin even towed the kids when they got tired of rowing! Once again, thank you for this wonderful experience!!

I’d highly recommend Darren and co! We had the most fantastic time. What an experience! They were very patient with me and we had so much fun. Hugely knowledgeable and great value too! They even surprised us with sandwiches. Will see you again! Thank you!

One of the only places to be able to accommodate our group of 9.Gavin was a great tour guide and very friendly. Lindley was also nice and made sure our group made it back safe.

Unfortunately our hire was cancelled due to the weather which is no fault of the company, however to arrange a refund was really poor, poor communication and never received the refund. Lucky for me Halifax refunded me as I told them I hadn't been refunded almost 7 weeks after the event had been cancelled.

Superb service, and support. They always put safety first and had a jetski and a guide with us to help and teach our group.
