Iris my 18 month old anxious springer spaniel had her first ever groom today with the lovely Vicky. Iris hasn’t had the best start and is very nervous so understandably this was an anxious time for her and for me but Vicky was amazing and very quickly formed a connection with Iris and went at her pace. I couldn’t have asked for more.I can’t thank you enough we will see you again very soon.

Just had our very elderly Jimmy’s nails clipped. What a good friendly experience it was. Thanks Vicky.
