I bought my Honda NT1100 last week from Vertu Honda. What a nice experience. Phil sorted out everything and provided outstanding service for me. He even sacrificed his day off just to hand over the keys to me. Overall it was an awesome experience. Thanks Phil and Vertu Honda Nottingham.

There was some confusion around my booking, however a call from the team the day before confirmed that everything was indeed booked and ready to go. From that point on it was hassle free and a good experience. Friendly staff, new site is well located and a nice set up. Lots of bikes, free health check and video of the bike which provides great peace of mind and even a courtesy bike. Thanks all, see you next time!

Collected my new Transalp a couple of days ago with the whole buying process being seamless from the test ride to collection with no pressure and each step clearly explained. All the Honda options were explained and prices discussed in a friendly and professional manner. I’ll be using Vertu Motorcycles for all my future servicing and thanks to Gabriel Norcup for your advice and time.

Collected my new honda rebel just a few days ago and can't thank the guys enough. Firstly to James who managed to answer all my questions and sort out the paper work in double quick time when I popped in on my lunch break and then to Damien who picked up the sale from that point on while James was away. Very quick and clear replies to emails and phone calls, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Would highly recommend them both.

I just purchased my first bike as a newly qualified rider, and ian who helped me was awesome, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful, will be starting my learning from Saturday, lots to experience and plenty of years of motorcycling head of me .

I picked up my new Honda Hornet 750 on the 5th September 2023, from Vertu Honda Motorcycles in Nottingham. It took me a while to decide on this bike, but Ian King was very patient with me. He let me take the demo bike out twice. Once in June and then again in August. I fell lucky in August as there was a Grey bike in the garage, going spare. After the test ride, I went away to think about it for a few hours, then came back, and put a deposit down on it. I collected it the following week. I went for the optional Quickshifter and service plan.Already bought lots of extras for it, including a meter visor, fender extender and wheel rim stickers.If you need a motorcycle, especially a Honda, I would encourage you to contact Ian King at the Nottingham branch, as he is very helpful and knowledgeable

I have bought my second bike from Damien Spence @Vertu and the service has been brilliant, very quick to respond, does his best to get what I wanted and fast to sort things out. I am really pleased with the service and definitely will use Vertu Honda as and when required.

Vertu Honda's customer service is non-existent. When I call a dealer I expect the phone to be answered by a human being who can deal with my enquiry.I do not expect to be told that there is no one in the department I need to speak to, and then get transferred to a queue to speak to someone else.Aside from the exorbitant cost, this is the reason why I don't use faceless corporate dealers to maintain my bikes.Vertu Honda need to realize that bikers want to deal with bikers, and they want their Honda dealer to be a bike shop, not an after thought tabbed onto the back of one of their car dealerships.
