Bowen Therapy
I’d been having Aromatherapy Massages with Amanda for a few years and after she trained in the Bowen Technique, I also had an occasional session with her when I had a specific issue.It was very relaxing at the time and also helped my condition. I write as a retired practitioner of the Bowen Technique and a scientific Aromatherapist amongst other disciplines. Amanda is an experienced and very competent Therapist . I can confidently recommend her . She has helped me several times over the years , in particular recently with my polymyalgia rheumatica .

Bowen Therapy
I highly recommend Amanda. Through a combined approach of sports massage and the Bowen technique she has helped me get full mobility on my neck (old whiplash issue), get relief from repetitive strain injury and deal with the after effects of knee surgery so I can get back to long distance hiking. Quite frankly she is the best.
