They never have enough sausage rolls and on the latest visit they had none! What sort of Gregg's has no Sausage rolls!Also on the last few visits they haven't any ginger bread men.

Hello came into store today and was kindly greeted by staff waiting to serve me they asked how my day was and was happy and polite all the way throughThe manager Lisa I think her name was knew of my family and was asking how my mum was doing as it’s been years since they seen each otherShe is always a delight to speak to and I feel like I see her in every greggs I go to you have a good employee there keep her GreggsWhat an amazing experience loved the outside seating as well perfect little shop thanks good old greggs

Food ok - table’s always dirty - never any brown sugar - service poor - want ever I want is sold out usually - don’t sit next to the door wind will cut you in half

Awful service. Placed an order at 12.08pm, delivery time estimated between 12.35pm and 12.55pm. Had to call to find out where my order was as it had not been delivered during this time even though the app showed for well over half an hour that it was being prepared and the driver was at the store, but i was told he wasn't there when i phoned! No updates were provided. Order finally delivered at 1.26pm, over 1 hour after it was placed and hot item was cold. I could have prepared, cooked and eaten what i'd ordered in less time than it took greggs to do my order. Very poor and won't order again.

Came there for quick family breakfast . The staff (Lisa) was very friendly and welcoming. Unusual for busy places like Greggs, the tables were spotless clean, so was the toilet.Hope all Greggs outlets were as good as this one!

this is a great greggs but they order time is ridiculous, i got told 5:30 for my order and waited until 6:40. and also they didn’t have doubts i wanted therefore i had to order different kinds which is stupid.

Worst Greggs I have ever been to! Staff don't care about the customers even when they are queuing out the door. Never any food available, get there any time between 11-2 and don't expect sausage rolls, steak bakes or any other of the usuals because they cannot be bothered to put fresh items in the ovens. Save your money and go elsewhere.

(Sunday morning opening time) - Nievely returned again for a breakfast deal Sunday morning at opening time. Bacon and sausage was available, but they had ran out of milk for the hot drinks. Settled for soy milk just so I could get on my way. 2 trips now, and there's always an issue, things missing or not available. Does Gregg's even care about this store? Or are they just in the real estate business these days, stores are just a front for the business.(Midweek 9am) - Queued for ages, for empty shelves on the hot counter and slow service from staff. Didn't hang around any longer and went elsewhere for food. Poor show for a new gregs store. May aswell close it down now and save on the running costs.
