DONT GO HERE! The owner takes the phones and doesn’t fix them when said he will. My mother also went in on her own, and he’s now taken advantage of her got her to pay more money, for a time frame for the phone to be fixed and it hasn’t been. Owner doesn’t answer the phone and will be completely not recommending this business to everyone we know. Don’t get fooled…

I visited here just before closing time. The owner was obliging and fixed the issue I had with eliminating an existing number and automatically informing all my contacts on WhatsApp of the new number. I needed this done sooner rather than later, as it was for my elderly Father, vital he has contact with family etc. I wasn't charged. I bought a new cover for the 'phone as the existing one was the wrong one, sold by a different nearby 'phone shop.

Absolutely shocking service, my mother went in on her own to get her phone sorted, simply needed a code to get in, he fobbed her off to get her to pay more money and then when she went to collect the phone he said it wasn’t ready, she went back again today to collect it as instructed and the shop was closed and the owner didn’t pick up the phone. He was rude and I would not recommend this shop to absolutely anyone.
