We have used the Kilmarnock branch to do our kitchen and bathroom and they were brilliant, but the guy's at Hillington just went way beyond expectation! We were not in for a huge sale on this occasion. Just one pack of panels for feature alcoves in the bedroom. The guys were so helpful, putting together the panels in the store to ensure that the pattern would match for us once applied to the wall. We felt the attention we received for a wee sale was amazing! While we were clearing the car to make room for the panels and trims they suddenly appeared carrying it all out to the car for us. We so appreciated the time spent on us, they didn't have to go the extra mile. Their friendly, helpful attitude simply made our day! Thanks Guy's!

The company I chose to reinstate my flat following a flood was We Love Your Home Projects in Paisley, and they sent me to Wet Walls and Ceilings to choose my flooring. I am absolutely chuffed to bits with my choices.Staff were super helpful, and the showroom is immaculate and easy to navigate.

I visited the store last Sunday alongside a number of other bathroom stores in the area. The two guys in store that day were extremely pleasant, helpful and a joy to deal with. No sales push at all, just happy to help! By far the best experience I had from several stores that day.

Bought my wet wall from the Hillington Branch in October 2021. I had an issue with a couple of the boards recently and contacted Allan .All I can say is I have never received such fantastic customer service ever. Allan and the guys at Hillington could not have done enough for us.The issue was resolved quickly and professionally with minimal fuss.I would never go anywhere else for wet wall or flooring going forward.

Amazing customer service. Placed order at 3pm, was contacted to confirm my choices at 3:50pm and received plenty of text messages to update me on my order. When ordering, delivery was advised at 5 to 7 days. I must of timed it right as it arrived the next morning. Eddie the delivery driver is brilliant, very polite and professional. Would definitely recommend.
