Dirty place with ripped chairs etc. one male staff member was very rude to me all the other staff except the manager were very cordial and pleasant. tried to charge me over the odds, and got clever with me when i pulled them about it, obviously theyare well used to dealing with simple folks and taking advantage of them. what ever happened to value for money ?

Have never had a bad experience using them even when my boy had to stay two nights after an emergency couple years ago. Recently got my girls spayed here as well and they were very helpful. The reception are very accommodating for my need to have text/email communication as well.

This visit was to the same high standard as every other visit to Prince Bishops. My cat was comfortable and calm throughout and all staff were their usual friendly, efficient and professional. I would never use another vet and highly recommend them to anyone who has a pet, they go the extra kite without a second thought of needed for pets and their humans. Ten out of ten as usual!

Rang up on the Tuesday to book puppy in for 2nd injections. Took him on the Sat after i was told on the phone they did the compatible injection that would work alongside the ones he had first.Got there to be told they dont do it and would probably have to start him off on a new course as were running out of time.If we were told on the Tuesday when we booked him in then we would have took him elsewhere in good time.All about the money tho no doubt.

Shocked by failed promises and bending of the truth. Prices and products changed within days of me signing a 12 month contract. Call backs not delivered. Information promised never received. Also company policy they wont take any complaints over phone or let you speak to management, sorry you will have to email us. Avoid go elsewhere.

Your pet will come home sicker than he went in. Very bad service, treatment and prices, I have nothing positive to say about my experience with this surgery and will be going elsewhere. I'd advise you to do the same if you truly care about your pets health. Otherwise go ahead and pay them over the odds to take you for a fool.

First time visiting this vets, unfortunately not for the best circumstances. However it has the be one of the best vets I’ve visited the support and care the staff give is unbelievable, not only trying to comfort your pet but you also. We even got a little card and seeds to plant to remember our fur baby, which was very thoughtful. Thank you to all the team at prince bishops; the patience, the time and the support you offer means a lot!

Both of our dogs are registered with Prince Bishop and they are absolutely fantastic. All of the vets, nurses and staff are professional, friendly and always willing to go the extra yard.When my other dog was in the final stages of her life last year, they could not have been more compassionate and explained everything as the final days approached.A good vet is hard to find and I can highly recommend them, do much do that we travel 30 minutes to see them rather than use a more local vet.

My German Shepherd had been cared for by the vets for the last 12 Years. When it came to putting him to sleep the vet visited our home and put Max to sleep in his favourite resting spot in the garden. We will always be thankful of the compassion shown by everyone at this practice
