I don't think I will recommend or use this company ever again. They are very unprofessional. I ordered for wedding runner and due to the covid-19 pandemic lockdown, i asked them to hold on cos the date of the wedding might change. I recently sent them an email concerning my order and up until now, no response. Ive sent them several emails but they have just refused to reply to my emails.

Excellent service, booked our wedding with Ozzy & Jack over 12 months ago. Communication was excellent and they accommodated all our requests.We booked all our ceremony and venue decor as well as a twinkle dance floor with fireworks for the evening.Everything was so perfect, thank you.I have already recommended you to friends who are planning there weddings.

Booked our daughters Birthday party - did upgrade us FOC from photobooth to magic mirror prior to party as they said had available so this was good of them especially when we never asked, but unfortunately went downhill thereafter..didn't supply full arch balloons even though we paid for them within package - made excuse after the party of no room at venue so they didn't put them up - when there was room...they were supposed to put daughters big banner up which is part of their package ...ended up being put up late when the magic mirror/photographer found it 3/4 way through party and then put it up...also we were told the D.J would be local as they wont tell you who the D.J is they will be using...we ended up with a DJ from Wales who had to travel back there once finished so literally as soon as it was midnight the D.J shut his laptop, finished the music with no prior warning whatsoever when the dancefloor was full, and when people asked what was going on, he just said ive got a long journey back to Wales! Shambles... We advised Ozzy James nicely by email what had happened so they knew for future so it wouldn't happen to anyone else...not interested..no response!. Sorry Ozzy but we were really disappointed.

I just want to say a huge thank you to Ozzy, Vicky and the whole team for making my daughters birthday party one to remember. You went out of your way for the whole evening and all the guests loved it. From the moment I first telephoned to arrange the booking to when the party finished you were all amazing. First class service. We will 100% be back to use your venue in the future. Thanks again xx

I booked Ozzy James after a attending a wedding they organised back in 2016, I had my wedding last Saturday (17th feb) and what can I say...from the day me and my now hubby went into the showroom to present day the customer service is incredible, always on the other end of the phone when I was being bridezilla, asking questions and questions to even my late night emails, I can't thank them enough, professional through and through.Everyone passed comment on how beautiful the decor looked, how much fun the photo mirror was and how amazing and accommodating the DJ was.I can not recommend Ozzy James enough. Can't wait until my next party xx

**** Following on they have now ignored my partner the CMA guidelines state during covid if a supplier for an event does not provide a service then a full refund should be issued even if you’re venue has cancelled an event!!!*****Our venue cancelled our wedding this November we tried to re arrange and no suppliers were free on the same date. Ozzy James refuse to give any refund but want to add a cancelation fee in a pandemic! When questioned they denied any emails off my self and also deleted my comments on instergram that then led to them blocking my self. This was of no fault of ours, I understand it’s difficult for businesses at present however there attitude to customers is shocking being a frontline nurse in A&E working this pandemic has been heartbreaking and to top it off our wedding got cancelled. This company is very unprofessional I definitely won’t be recommending in future.

We hired Ozzy James Events for my daughters wedding last monthWe can’t thank Jack enough for all he did, a real professional.We had a full package inc dance floor, room decor and selfie mirror an numerous other items, they all made the day so special. Would highly recommend

We hired Ozzy James for our daughters Baptism and the decorations were lovely. The DJ was fantastic, the kids loved all the games. Everyone commented how good he was with the children. I would highly recommend them.

I can not fault this company in any way, we booked the complete Wedding package over 18 months ago, communication was excellent and we got everything we expected plus more. I would highly recommend Ozzy and Vicki to everyone, thank you and I will be using you again in the future Sara & Liam x
