Over the last few years I have had all my amps serviced by WH and have been delighted with the outcome. I have also had the 82 Mod fitted and the result was brilliant. My speaker cables and interconnects are WH. I had no hesitation in having the Newt boards fitted to my Supercap. I have complete trust in this company.

PointlessThey charge (almost) the same as Naim Audio for servicing and or repairs but will not service their entire range especially the newer models.If you call them for help or advice, you get to speak to a receptionist who is not qualified to answer your queries but will still listen to all the technical problems. He then informs another member of staff then you receive a call back. However, this person is not the engineer who does the service or repair. This results in another conversation between this staff member and the engineer which can take a few hours to a few weeks.The website site claims that the product undergoes listening tests. However, I am very sceptical about this claim as I had issues with the unit I sent for servicing which I am still not sure sounds the way it should.My Naim units from now on will go directly to Naim Audio for servicing.

Fantastic company, after waiting 15 years (because I couldn't afford/justify naims prices) I found these guys. They had an engineer (JJ) based in the south that I was able to deliver my ancient 1980's naim amps and cd player to. A week later picked them up got them home and set them up, wow he had worked wonders, cd player fixed after I'd given up hope on it for years and amps sounded amazing, blown away! If I had realised that my system could sound this good I would have even paid naim years ago! Thank you guys I'm back into music!
