Maple Parking Park & Ride
It was my first time using this car park and I would definitely park here again. The directions were straight forward and buses to Heathrow ran frequently.

Maple Parking Park & Ride
Handy parking outside the ULEZ but really close to Heathrow Airport T5. My only issue is that the free shuttle to the airport only goes to T5 so you have to find your own way to the other terminals which admittedly is free but an extra bit of travel to remember if you are in a hurry or carrying a lot lof luggage. Great way to avoid the ULEZ charges.

Great if you're flying to AND from T5. Brand new facility outside the ULEZ, with photos taken of the car on entry. Less than 10 minute transfer which was pretty much on demand. Waited 10mins for a shuttle back on return and the car was very conveniently placed for collection.

Well priced, very close to the airport. We had to wait about 30 mins to be picked up by the bus on return, which is longer than the 10-15 mins quoted by them. I needed to call up to find out what was going on. That being said for convenience I would use again.

First time using the airport parking and will definitely be using again. So very easy to find, only 5 minutes from terminal 5. Dropping off and collection was so fast and easy. We used to use purple parking but maple parking excels

Very good place. If you follow their guidance you won’t pay ulez charge. Bus goes every 15 min. You need to leave a key so they can move your car. But don’t worry everything looks professional and clean. Very smooth experience.

Easy to locate along Bath Road. Shuttle buses were on time and its barely a 5min ride to Heathrow Terminals. I met my car in good condition which is always refreshing when parking in a public space in London.Apart from being pricey (the comfort of airport parking is never cheap in London), my experience was good overall.

Easy park and a short hop on the bus to Heathrow, however they state buses run every 10-15 minutes. We waited 35 minutes to get a bus from Terminal 5 at 6pm.

Sat nav got us lost as post code covers most of Surrey. Nearly missed our flight. Got back a day late. An extra 20 quid other than that all went OK

What ever you do do not book with their drop off service by the Sofitel if you are coming home on a late flight. There was confusion over their own booking process and it car was not available to pick up on the correct day! costing us £200 in hotel fee, very little sleep, not being able to get to work on time.
