Really dissapointing experience with this company.I ordered a part in good time for a track day only to discover the description was wrong on their website (which they accepted) so I got the wrong part. They then supposedly arranged for DPD to pick up the incorrect product so it could be exchanged, but DPD had nothing from them, I ended up having to send it back at my cost which they then in fairness refunded before they would ship me the right product.I had a written promise from the team that I was going to get the correct product before my trip but this did not happen.A total let down, and a frustrating experience, look elsewhere before relying on them.

Ordered a set of fairings as they were “due in stock”. I then get an email advising it’s 15-20 working days. It’s now going to be over 30+ working days. I’d booked two trackdays as was informed they’d arrive by a set date. Let’s say I’m out of pocket for two days and still no fairings.

The team is thoughtful and helpful to attend my needs. They have been patiently entertain my Q&As and also followups. Hope the best for RP. Thanks for the great services

Same old story with this company. Listings show as stock due in" but when you order they tell you it's the back end of January. Over 10 weeks!!! Not good enough. Their refund process is too slow. Quick to take your cash but for some reason takes a week to refund you. Very poor. It seems that even after they have read the reviews left here for them

Ordered 1 September and was told 14 days1 November was still waiting. so cancelled order and then had to wait 3 weeks for refund that never appearedSo then had to go through PayPal disputesTo get refund .so not a great service

Ordered the CNC Clear clutch cover kit. The website informed it was going to be around 15 working days as it’s a special order item.I made a couple of phone calls for updates mostly as I was impatient.Leon was very informative and kept me up to date.Placed a second order as soon as the first order arrived. Will give it a few more days until my impatience kicks in and I’ll start calling. Lol.

Ordered some CNC Racing bits, original email stated shipping within 2 days, then received an update and said shipping with 14 days. Emailed them on the 11th day for a quick update and received a facetious email stating its not 14 days yet, we still have 3 more days. On the 15th day rang them and spoke to the same gentleman from the email and he said to be honest you're looking at new year to get these parts. What a joke, why dangle a carrot of 14 days when you know its going to be weeks. Just asked for a refund. Will not be using them again.

I ordered parts to my motorcycle, they were supposed to arrive in 14 working days. Its now been a month, no ones answering emails or calls and still haven't got the parts, or a refund. Don't order from here, bad website.
