Poor customer service. Made the trip into Lyndhurst especially only to find that they have different opening hours to that stated on their website. Emailed to ask if they could update their opening hours to prevent this happening to others and a week later, there has been no acknowledgement nor update to their opening hours. Please be aware of this if you plan on going at 8 am.

Disappointed with the service. Three of us ordered 'Cinnamon Buns' which looked lovely but we all thought on the first bite they were stale as they were harder/tough on the outside, almost like they had been overbaked. We presumed they were stale so we went to the cashier with the cinnamon bun, only one bite in, to ask if they could swap it with someone else to which we were met with It's not stale as they're baked fresh this morning...if you want something else you'll have to pay for it". This is really poor customer service to say the least and the attitude wasn't good. We also found out afterwards the buns were made with sourdough which wasn't advertised anywhere near the product. On a positive note

Very friendly service, knowledgeable and the bakes are fantastic. Enjoyed my cinnamon bun, best ever and the takeaway flat white with oat milk was a perfect temperature and great flavour

Amazing bread and pasries. Croissants are amazing!
