Right at Home Isle of Wight

I can't recommend this company enough. It's tricky living some distance away from Dad and they have taken so much of the worry off my shoulders. They go beyond what is expected all the time and have worked closely with me to get what he needs and when, thank you team you are amazing!

Been employed with Right at Home - Isle of Wight for the last 8 months now and I can honestly say its a great company to work for. The owners Vicky and Paul have a true vision of how quality care should be delivered and they support us all to achieve this. All the staff are amazing and truly passionate about supporting our clients. Everyone works as a team, enabling our community to remain living as independently as possible at home. I would definitely recommend this employer.

Since starting with this AMAZING company, they have been nothing but incredible. I've given care one last shot and I'm so incredibly glad I chose right at home. I can't tell anyone enough how supportive the management team are. To be actually excited to get to work is a first for me. Things crop up in life unexpectedly and to be able to come in anytime for a coffee, a chat really does not go unnoticed. Truly the best company I have ever worked for and I know everyone feels the same. There is no such thing as perfect but in my opinion its pretty damn close here. Lovely team , all work really hard to achieve the company owners vision of quality care. Clients are kind and appreciative. Management are supportive and responsive to employees. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always helpful.

I have worked for Right at Home on the Isle of Wight for 5 months now and can genuinely say it’s the best! I’ve never felt so supported in a job, especially being new to care. Not once has anybody made me feel silly for asking questions or getting things wrong. The owners, Vicky and Paul, and Manager Katie have created such a welcoming team which I’m proud to now be a part of. I appreciate that we are always introduced to clients to make it more comfortable for both staff and clients alike when meeting somebody new, as that can sometimes be daunting. I would highly recommend this company, and especially our team specifically, should anybody find themselves wanting to join this line of work.

Having worked for this company for nearly 2 months now, I have found them a breathe of fresh air within the care industry. Both Paul and Vicky the owners, are extremely approachable and helpful, with a personal understanding of how difficult it is finding the right care for loved ones. Their family approach to the team is what sets them apart, and we are invited as a team to a monthly social night, to spend time out of work, which brings the whole team together. Katie, the manager is very supportive and friendly, while maintaining her professionalism. I have worked for her previously, and jumped at the chance to work with her again. Vicky, Paul and Katie are keen to offer opportunities of growth within the company, and they have restored my faith in the care industry. I’m a very happy caregiver.

I have worked at right at home for about a month now and have never been treated so well as staff. They really care just as much about staff as they do about clients. They are extremely professional but also very approachable. All the clients I’ve met so far have such amazing things to say about the company and staff they meet which is wonderful. For such a new growing business it’s quite obvious it will be very successful in the future. If you are considering joining your loved ones with the company then please do as I can guarantee there is not a better place for them, we treat our clients like family but in a professional way and tailor all our care plans to what they want.

I have been with Right at Home now since November and I can honestly say they are the best company I have ever worked for. Management is very supportive and really care about their staff and clients. We are given plenty of time to spend with each client which means our clients are left feeling happy and fully supported. The support from not only the office team, but also co-workers during visits is second to none. The owners Vicky and Paul, as well as the Registered Manager Katie, are wonderful, you can truly see they are so dedicated to providing the best care company on the island. They are always there to support and guide you with anything you might need and nothing is ever too much. The introductions to clients before visits is amazing and hour calls gives you enough time to get to know your clients and not feel rushed. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone looking for a role in the care industry!!
