We used Trident waste for over 2 years and we found them very good with the price and the service we received, any problem or query was quickly resolved in a timely manner and we had lots of communication when needed. Use with confidence. The driver who was on our round was also very friendly and helpful.

Poor service and very rude staff. Trident have not fulfilled their contract with us leaving us with overflowing bins on numerous occasions. When we had to complain about this for the second time in just 3 weeks, the response from Guy Cousins (Manager) was extremely rude. Rather than apologise, he told us that they would cancel our contract, and we could find someone else! He then hung up! Shocking lack of customer care. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! There are plenty of other companies to choose from who will collect on time and speak to you courteously!

We have used Trident for many years and chose them for their ethical values and resposible approach to a very ecoligically dodgy" industry. They have never let us down and are always pleasant and polite (even when asked to take the 7 day old contents of a broken freezer in the hight of summer). Choose Trident over any of the bigger companies and see what the human face of waste looks like!!"

We have used trident for our business for about 8 years, probably one of the most helpful and courteous companies ever, good prices and fabulous service from these guys, if we were busy and had extra waste we would email and the driver would be out the same day, don't go to the big firms go to trident!

Been using Trident for over 4 years now. We have one large bin that get collected three times a week. Always prompt and you can always get hold of Guy on the phone. The best thing is they know about our road and our bins are collected nice and early. There is been few occasions where they have collected extra rubbish. No issues and have recommended to few businesses.
