TY Motorhomes

Warning dodgy dealers. Bought a motorhome from this company. Took it in for a habitation check. They told me it was dangerous to drive. Could have set on fire at anytime. Blowing up. Sent message to dealers not response. Now have to get it fully rewired. You should be ashamed.

Had a few problems buying the motor home but Josh on site really went the extra mile to sort it out my recommendations are deal with Josh he will sort it

What can I say about these guys was very helpful and helped me and my family choose our perfect little home for our lovely getaways did not pressure me into any I told them what I wanted and the lads help me I have already told my family and friends about these thanks again keep up the great work !!!

Purchased a motorhome, 3 weeks in the vehicle broke down, Tony paid for the repairs at my local garage.A good service.

When we visited TY motorhomes and asked to look inside one we were handed the keys and told take as long as you want. No hassling from Tony whatsoever. All paperwork available to check on the history. Went away and decided to buy the motor home,(reasonably priced) so rang, transferred a deposit over and paid fully when we collected the motorhome. Met Josh who went through everything and showed us it all working. Had my own habitation check done, (it did have one) and everything was perfect. Now travelling down through France and Spain and love our van.(16 year old van) If I decide to change TY motorhomes will definitely be my first port of call.

Amazing level service and communication from all the staff. Serviced by skill professionals, can't wait to start a new chapter in the lovely van I recently bought. Couldn't recommend enough, far better than the bigger companies looking for the fatter profit margins

The owner off this company Tony young is an absolute joke, so unprofessional he doesn’t know how to deal with complaints or even people..he pushes everything on to his staff and they don’t seem to know what they are doing either, we brought a motor home from him just over 3weeks ago and we had been looking for a while, we thought we had found our perfect one that matched all what we where looking for, but unfortunately they had not done what they had promised would be done when we picked it up and some off the stuff that was mentioned in the original advert didn’t even work or didn’t even exist, non off which we where aware off until we got it home and checked properly the next day after paying cash for it, we did get in contact immediately, but nearly 4weeks later and promised phone calls to sort things out still nothing, not sure how he even manages to trade? (We have been left with no choice but to report to trading standards) it seems once he has your money, and our van was not cheap he really doesn’t care and doesn’t want to deal with it, please be aware off this cowboy company, Tony should not be allowed to trade.

Please do not buy from this company. They are not professionsl at all. A thousand pounds deposit was taken in good faith from ourselves, when only £500 was required only 11 days ago. We DID NOT request ANY modifications on it and have not cost them a penny. We have unfortunately had to cancel our purchase due to personal reasons. We have requested half of the deposit back, as we think that's more than fare as we were told we would get a full refund on our deposit should there be any problems.They have refused to even meet half way!!!!! Nice way to go....make £1,000.00 pounds profit in 11 days. They will sell the motorhome within days so it would'nt be a problem. The owner is a liar making out we requested modifications on it and said we had been given a reduced price?? NOT AT ALL. This is theft and they know it! I originally left a review on ty caravans then my huband was called from ty caravans saying please remove the review as ty caravans and ty motorhomes are a totally different company. How did he get my husbands number? Yes that may be but both are owned by a Tony Young, both based in Doncaster and both very similar in design etc. Anyway I am still reeling from being ripped off by this set of crooks. They need to play fare.

Great service customers service was second to none bought a motorhome and our family love it !!! Would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a motorhome to go to this place thank you guys !!!
