Newcastle Under Lyme Dental Practice

I haven't been to a dentist for years. But eventually plucked up the courage to go to Newcastle underLyme dentist & found the staff extremely friendly, especially Marcus & his assistant. Marcus talked me through everything that was going to happen from start to finish & really put me at ease. Definitely will recommend them to family & friends.Kath O'brien

This is my favourite dental practice all the other dental practices aren’t as much of a favourite for me as this one. The staff are really nice I have been to other places around the local area and the staff aren’t as nice as the staff at Newcastle Under-Lyme Dental Practice. One practice in the local area said that I will need all my teeth pulled out and I thought that was a bit excessive so I came here for a second opinion and they explained that my teeth are actually perfect and they didn’t need pulling out which was a big relief for me. I trust this dental practice the most out of any of the other I have been to before and also any of the others in the local area

Dental treatmentIn November 2022. I had a nasty fall at home. As a result I needed implant surgery.Krish and his team did implant and crown surgery on my front teeth, I have to stress that I am and always have been terrified of the dentist an unreasonable fear but I find it difficult to overcomeSo the experience for me was not pleasant BUT. Krish and the girls were exceptionally kind and very professional and I was able to overcome most of my worries and I am delighted with the resultsI can’t send this review without mentioning the reception team who are incredible. Been to the dentist today and had my appointment with Marcus & Laura - they are amazing!! Marcus talked through the whole process which put me at ease having had a previous bad experience at another dentist! Thankyou so much!!

Visited the practice a few times now for treatment for myself and for my daughter who needed a tooth out and the staff were amazing with her specially Nurse Laura who really put her at ease through a scary treatment.Highly recommended for all the family needs.Very clean and on time

Dr. Marcus is friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, I have vomiting reflexes and tooth treatment is not easy for both me and the doctor. But Dr. Marcus responded every time. It wasn't pleasant for him xxx. The service was pleasant, although the receptionist did not make a positive impression on me, but the most important thing are the doctors and I recommend this clinic. Xx

I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and have always had excellent service and treatment but after my check up yesterday with Harry I felt that I should share how wonderful he and all of the staff are. The care is second to none, every treatment I’ve ever had (fillings, Invisalign, etc) is always professional and extremely thorough. Each dentist is also brilliant at putting you at ease if you are a bit anxious or nervous. And I couldn’t leave a review without mentioning the brilliant reception team - excellent customer service, nothing is too much trouble and they are all warm, friendly and kind.
