Used quite a bit but after Ill health and now returning ive emailed several times just trying to get materials price list (trade) but nothing no reply will still use once this is sorted

Having used Matrix for the best part of this year, the most recent experience was very disapointing. We were let down on a delivery that the representative was fully aware was urgent when the order was placed in good time.The following day I emailed to ask what had happened but received no reply, so I then took it upon myself to call the office.It was at this point that I spoke to another representative who constanlty talked over me and didnt listen, I was simply told I'm sorry there is nothing I can do about it" and the order was to be two days late

A great place I've had to drop in there today to pickup some items for a job on my roof.Phoned the day before and he said come over and young lad spent some time going through what I needed to do and making sure I had all the equipment needed to sort it.also they have great videos on how to do a varying amount of roofing stuff a great place that inspires confidence

there's nothing these guys haven't got in the grp buisness and if you come across any problems they can help .reasonable on the prices and easy to find.
