Popped in to grab a card for a friend and some balloons for my son. I was greeted by two ladies (Laura and Heidi I think). They were super helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for. Where there weren’t the exact things that I wanted, they were really helpful in suggesting good alternatives.Given card factory is a chain, the prices are what they are. It’s the customer service that sets this branch apart. Will definitely come back!

Very disappointed in number of cards they had for wife and dad, mum. If this hadn’t been my only opportunity to go on my own I would have gone elsewhere.I just hope my wife has got the kids and mother law cards. Being disabled now I don’t get to use the car as much

Whilst the staff is ok, they come across a little bored with their job. But what bothers me is that i went yesterday just before closing time, spent around £19 just to have balloons inflated. I followed all the advice religiously but waking up this morning to all balloons hanging halfway down and basically ruining the balloon display.Horrible, simply horrible as a little girls birthday was ruined and my money was wasted

Decent place for cards and other event/celebration extras. Not the greatest selection within certain categories but, good nonetheless. Good value generally.
