My wife and good friend visiting us in London shopped at Cashmirino and made purchases of adorable sweaters/jumpers for our grandsons. My wife greatly appreciated the wonderful customer service provided by Buket. I popped into the shop the next day to see for myself. Lovely little shop, staff pleasant and professional. I cannot imagine anyone posting a nasty review of this small business.

I’ve been shopping here for over a year now, and absolutely love the store! The clothes are gorgeous and of great quality. The ladies who have helped me remember what I like and are always so friendly and happy to help me. I will definitely be back every time I’m in the area!

Having lived in New York for 40 years, a visit to Burlington Arcade is always a treat. My favorite store Cashmirino were extremely polite & nice when i visited. Shereene who took care of my shopping was so knowledgeable having worked at Harrods for 20 plus years that it was a pleasure to be attended to by two such charming ladies. Kudos to them as they deal with so many varied customers.Thank you for a wonderful shopping experience.

Poor customer service, body language and way of speech was very confrontational. I did not buy anything, said thanks and didn’t receive a single word in response. Slammed door after we left. Need a course in customer service, phrases such as “yes madam absolutely”, “no I’m afraid we don’t have that style”, “you’re welcome, hope to see you again soon”. But I guess that’s the overall trend in London now, only stores with customer service training n old school manners are fortnums and harrods.
