Apple Princesshay

The shop was really busy but was helped very quickly. Tom guided me through my options so I was able to make an informed decision on my purchase. JP then transferred my apps and data from my old phone to my new one. Tom and JP could not have been more helpful, professional or friendly. Thank you both.

So I attended an appointment at the princess bay store in Exeter. The store was mostly empty as some customers had not attended their appts. I was with my family and went to sit on a stool on the middle of a bay and a rude customer service guy told me to sit on a different stool. There were 14 available! I said I was fine where I was and he then told me my family with me had to stand. He was rude unhelpful. I do not expect to be spoken to like this. I asked to speak to the manager who agreed the store had plenty of space. He told me some people had not attended their appt and agreed that this was not really a problem. I am really angry at the customer service. I have seven iPhones in my family. 2 iPads and one I watch. This kind of treatment is disgusting. I will be leaving a review on google, trustpilot and social media re this. I ask that someone investigates my complaint and teaches your rude customer representatives some decent customer service skills.

It was a really busy day in the store, I approached one of the team members who help me find the person that could assist me best. She was super kind and attentive with the person before me and just as she finished serving, she jumped right in to help me. She was very professional but relatable and made the whole purchase experience a lot more human. Outstanding customer care!

Wasted a whole day and 110 mile round trip for apple to use a tiny crack on my screen as an excuse to not fix my earpiece on a known issue with iPhone 12 pros.Very poor Communication and clearly using any excuse to try and get me to pay for a commonly known apple fault.Rubbish!!

Thankfully didn't have to wait Longford the Genius Bar" but the lady was grumpy and condescending. Basically called me a liar and wouldn't listen to what I said. 1 month old iPad cracked whilst sitting on my table in a case with nobody touching it and they wanted to charge me £230 to replace it when it only cost £300 and with no guarantee that it won't just break of it's own accord again! Apparently this is a common issue with iPad's too. Thankfully I bought the product from Amazon so can use their customer service instead of Apple's!"

My uncle bought a MacBook Air and did a collection from the store. Staff have very poor communication, he was told to go upstairs then someone told him to go downstairs and then when he said he was asked to come up the staff member made it seems like he was an inconvenience. After spending £1000 you expect decent customer service. Once he finally received his MacBook he wanted help setting it up as it would be his first Apple device, the staff members didn’t ask if he needed help or anything else. Very poor service and don’t think we will come back to this store, better to go to Bristol or Plymouth than here unless things drastically improve in the apple experience given here. The MacBook Air is great though that’s why 2 stars

Efficient booking in process and excellent service from Tash who booked in my phone for a battery replacement.

Absolutely appalling customer service apple have. 3 phone calls with a senior customer service representative, twice they made appointments for call backs and didn’t keep them. Not to mention the fact they are refusing to repair the AirPods under their own repair program. So so disappointing.

I recently visited the store for a charging adapter and immediately felt very welcome. The staff here is quite friendly and they guided me in the right direction. The ground floor is made for mobile phones and MacBooks, the upper floor has accessories such as chargers, covers and other stands. I was able to quickly get my work done here.
