Kash, the owner, repaired my car very well and gave great professional customer service at a very competitive price. Despite undertaking a very difficult job, he fixed many things that I had not asked him to out of kindness.I am very happy with the decision to take my car to him.

SHADY!!!! DODGY!!! AGGRESSIVE!!!! INTIMIDATING!!!! VERBALLY ABUSIVE!!!Made an app for a check to see if any works are needed. Immediately I got ‘sharked’. ’Is your licence clean? Because you are about to get 6 points!’. Excuse me? Using shark tactics on people!!I was told an estimate of works and then i get told ‘today you have to pay £80’. For what?? Nothing, just checking the car to provide an estimate of works!I refused. Dodgy individuals!! They saw i was a woman and thought lets rip her off! I stood my ground. Trying to charge for nothing!! Telling me they’d deduct it from the final bill!! So they’d force me to do the works with them.I refused emphatically. They got verbally abusive. Told me to get out and never come again!WITH PLEASURE! Disgusting people!!The reviews of 1* all show what service you give. Should be ashamed of yourself, trying to robbing people. No wonder you are an empty garage and the others near you are full with great reviews.

Great experience with this particular garage, had an MOT done was completed in timely manner no issues.Specifically need to show appreciation to Kash,I had my reservations due to the various reviews but thought best to have an experience of my own and can’t fault the team.I called up the garage before hand explaining my circumstances and they were happy to accommodate.Will be visiting there soon for additional work on my car.Strongly recommend!Thanks again.

I had a Groupon voucher , but they wanted to charge me £60 which will make a deal more expensive than elsewhere, but when I spoke to them on the phone they said that they will book me in and do something about it when I get there, which was fair, but when I turned up after driving over an hour , they said I have to pay. What a big waste of time. I can’t rate them bellow 1 star no option for it.

I really recommend them. I visited London and needed major repairs - they were top of the reviewed garages, and they were exceptional.Their customer pledges re trust and transparency are all over their reception and I never felt, as a visitor needing the repairs to drive home, that I was in danger of being ripped off.They turned my car around v fast - explaining every step etc – and made me feel welcome for the 3 hours I sat in their reception.

Excellent service,Found the garage on groupon, booked the service next day, very flexible ,car was serviced and MOT'd at no time while i waited.Highly recommend the garage and deffenitly will suggest friends and family to use Venus Motors,Cons:- it could have been good to know on groupon deal how much extra the sinthetic oil will cost and that specific oil being the only option for relatively new cars.

I booked mot today via Groupon for £12.failed on Steering rack and track rod end .Deemed dangerous and not to drive.Also recorded wrong mileage. Took car to another garage for second opinion within a hour and passed. Avoid this garage like the plague. Don't be mislead by low mot charge .These guys are con artists. I will put in a official complaint to DVLA.

Even though I called for a same day appointment, I was treated in a very welcoming and accommodating manor.Staff and owner were extremely helpful, honest and more than reasonably priced.Highly recommend for quality and service

Excellent place to get your car serviced. You are greeted upon arrival and treated with respect and courtesy while you discuss your problem. Your vehicle is handled with care and prices are very reasonable. The manager/owner is kind and honest. If you are looking for a place that will provide you quick, excellent service and won’t overcharge, I would highly recommend coming to Venus motors! Looking forward to coming here for future servicing needs.
