Could not recommend Service my Car enough. From the moment I created the appointment for a major service to the minute it was returned home the communication and customer service was flawless. Unlike previous car services there were no hard sales tactics or ‘recommendations’ which takes the anxiety and pressure off. The arranging of pick up and drop off was quick and easy and fully documented for peace of mind. Very happy and will be a returning customer!

My second service with service my car and definitely won’t be the last. From booking to collection to dropping off before lunchtime with everything competed, the whole thing runs very smoothly. Special mention to Andy as well, who made sure I didn’t have to hang around in the rain as he made his initial inspection and ensured I was happy with everything as he dropped my car off again, great service!

Major service Booked and agreed time slot! Billy called in advance and picked up the car no issues explained the process all was good. Later that day I got a call from Craig to say everything was sorted on the car no issues, very honest and helpful. Billy called in advance with an eta and dropped the car off at the end of the day. If your looking for hassle free, reasonable costs and great customer service then look no further these guys really do look after their customers, will be using moving forward. Good price, had a great experience dealing with Craig and team who have been very accommodating and helpful to get fixes done on 2 cars for me so far. Worked out significantly cheaper than a dealer or specialist for both Mercedes cars. Will use again as they pick and drop the car off too

From the 1st contact i made you could tell they were a very professional company all my questions were answered positevelly the tow tryck arrived on time and BILLY the driver was a lovely man. CRAIG kept me in touch throughout the day then i received a full breadown as to what had been done.
