Alluring smiles

Very defensive reply to my earlier review of 1 star after the Dentist Nik failed to find a severe tooth infection requiring amoxillin from another dentist on a recent visit.I like most patients fear the dentist because of their horrendous charges and therefore like me visit when necassary.However regardless of that time line not investigating and finding an infection causing considerable pain what another dentist did and Nik the dentist didnt on my visit baffles me.However i have every faith in the most advanced new dental practice in Ilford I have ever stepped into to address my issues realising that a fake plant, soothing music and a few old magasines reception is soooo 80s !!! Move in to the 21st century of dental care Alluring Smiles !.

This dental practice is marvellousYou could not meet such an honestAnd experienced dentist as niki also his assistant and receptionist are excellent .would definitely recommend no matter what problemYou have.

I was recommended to see Nik at Alluring Smiles after previous bad experiences elsewhere and having been I can't recommend the practice and Nik enough. I'm ecstatic about the veneers I had done and it has really boosted my confidence with all the compliments I have received. I am a very nervous patient and not only was the whole thing pain free but I was made to feel completely at ease. Thank you to all the team.

Nik is a legend! I had a root canal done locally which should have been a standard procedure and that dentist caused a painful infection which should never have happened if he had done it properly. A mate goes to alluring smiles and recommended me. Nik sorted me out and also pointed out a couple things i needed done which my now previous dentist didn’t even notice! Perfectionist!

I am probably one of Nic's biggest cowards for visiting the dentist I have had some awful dentists in the past, but Nic is absolutely amazing puts you at ease and listens to what I have to say.I would definitely recommend Alluring Smile's for their dentistry and the professionalism along with their friendly staff.If you ever need to see a hygienist I would definitely recommend Linda at alluring smile's she is absolutely amazing

Nik and his assistant are absolutely amazing, they both make you feel so comfortable and my experience with my dental treatment has been pain free and on point. I would absolutely recommend this surgery as the best I have ever known. Like many others I am not a fan of the dentist but with Nik and his assistant they are understanding and knowexactly how to make you ffeel comfortable and relaxed.Howevever:I have given 4 stars because the receptionist that is there at present (Friday 25/8/23) is the most rude, nasty with such an arrogant attitude Knowing this person is the first you meet as you enter the surgery, you would expect a warm welcome.On this day I entered the surgery this person thouĝt it was correct to rant and rave to me when I asked her a question not only was she loud and abrupt but her arms were all over the place expressing her thoughts towards me. I said to her okay calm down a few times. Thank goodness there was only one elderly man in the waiting room as this was such an embarrassing moment.It is such a shame because as stated above Nik and his assistant deserve 5+ stars but the receptionist herself need some serious customer service training which should include respect and dignity.I hope Nik and his team looks into this in their best interest.I'm

A great bunch of team and dental practice where i feel safe and secure for years!!!The great Ruth who always takes care of mine and my families appointments with her smiley face and professional worth ethics. We always feel at home when we come here.Nevertheless, Nik has always taken great care of my teeth; carrying out my treatments finely and gently. This practice is always; clean, hygienic and professional as a collective. I will never change or replace you guys. Thank you for giving me the best smiles and carrying out your works so efficiently.

Alluring smiles dentist has always been taking care of my teeth. Thank you Nik for being the best dentist ever and never making me nervous. I struggle with anxiety however Nik makes me feel at comfort each time before my checkup or treatment. The whole team are great, thank you all!

I have recently had root canal treatment and the result is excellent.Nik is the best dentist I have ever had, I feel so fortunate to have found him. It's so nice to have a dentist who is a perfectionist!Michael Learner
