I am commenting as a contractor.Second unit I've had from Regan now.First was a rather complex undertaking in that the 2 bed, 1 bath, kitchen/diner pod was to be built on steel sub structure and inside an existing agricultural barn.Second a 20sqr mtr garden room.The latter to include a ground screw foundation" installed by Regan. In fact Regan and his assistant had fitted the 25 ground screws before my team could offload the trailer.In both cases the entire process has been completely painless.This is a relatively "idiot proof" system to get right and really if you need a bit of help
