Hi I hated it there it hasn't helped me it was awfull a long time ago so now the parents that put me there are old and not very well so now I will be spending Xmas day on my own from now on

I have worked for TRU for 10 years, I personally have experienced support and empowerment from all levels of management and my peers . My personal development over past 10 years has been far greater than in my previous jobs. I especially have gained a lot from seeing the service users reach their goals. It can be challenging at times but the rewards out weigh the challenges.
