Chivenor Trade Centre

I want to highly recommend this company. I brought a truck from them I see advertised on eBay, I didn't view the truck as I lived the other side of the country so I purchased based on the advert and the photos. The guys gave me a warranty with the truck and delivery to my door. The service has been excellent, Adrian and Charlie are very approachable and friendly honest guys who put us the customers first. If your looking for a vehicle then this is a good place to buy from, they also offer nationwide delivery that's well worth the money. The truck is great and I'm very happy with my purchase. A**

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Bought a car which has been plagued with problems! The three month warranty seemed very attractive but every time I took it back for fixes (and there were several) they ended up being temporary! Since the warranty expired I've had to replace the clutch and now the whole head as well as a string of other, smaller things. The mechanic who is currently working on it says it looks like parts were put IN already faulty. I wouldn't be surprised if they'd clocked the car, the state it's in just doesn't make sense. I've had the car less than a year but I'm getting rid of it as soon as I've fixed the latest issues, at a substantial financial loss. Be very cautious if you're considering this place, and if you start getting a few (even small) problems early on, be prepared for them to turn into bigger ones down the line.

Very poor service. Travelled up from Torquay to view a van and despite me calling them to check van was still for sale an hour before I travelled up I was informed the van had already been sold in the morning when I arrived. No apology and wouldn't pay for my fuel either! What a waste of a time, wouldn't bother with them.

Have been using Chivenor Trade centre for years as a family. We have purchased 4 vehicles in this time. We have all been happy with the service, vehicles and staff!

I just bought my second car from Chivenor Trade Centre, chuffed with both, good value for money and any issues were dealt with quickly. Can honestly say, I am pleasantly surprised with the quality, price and service.

after many years and buying many cars from chivenor and can say havnt really experienced any problems and if I did then the staff were more than happy to book us in to get the problem sorted even lending me a courtesy car in the mean time so I wasn't left stranded..( very helpful) i found the staff pleasant and helpful... mainly the reason I try to buy from them... Id not have a problem going back..xxz

Worst customer service ever.Bought a car which still is having more than a fair share of problems and the owner of Chivenor Trade Centre just chooses to ignore all contact. I strongly recommend you choose a more reputable company to spend your hard earned cash. Im still waiting for them to fix problems with the car i bought in May.... appalling service.

I traveled up from torquay to buy a car from chivenor garage And met gentleman called charlie who was very helpful and i purchased a lovely bmw.. I did have a couple of problems with the car afterwards but i can honestly say charlie and another gentleman called Adrian done everything within their power to put things rite with NO extra cost to myself... The car is now fantastic and i would definitely use this garage again and would recommend it to others...5 stars.
