Martin recently assisted me with resolving some space issues on my employee's laptop. He attended at my office and was able to quickly undertake the work to upgrade/tidy the laptop which fixed the problem. I was very happy with the efficient and good value service provided by Martin, and I would not hesitate to use him again if required.

Recently, I decided to update the Wi-Fi plus extender system in my house with a more-updated mesh system designed to better remove dead spots. Rather than try to unravel the technical jargon and bewildering choice of mesh products, I asked Martin Wilson of Home Tech Rescue to call in and advise me on the best solution according to my Wi-Fi needs and area coverage. Martin came, listened, walked around, advised, went out to his car, came back with a box of three Nova Tenda mesh units, and, within ninety minutes from entry into my house, the mesh system was installed and fully operational. I was impressed, amazed and thankful. The system works beautifully covering 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) at full signal strength level, house and garden, and the cost was reasonable – three mesh units (less than £100), a modest labour charge, and a promise to return and fix any problems in the future at no extra charge.I have to admit I didn’t expect Martin’s visit to result in a solution so quickly. The fact that it did impressed me. Martin was technically competent, talked to me at my level, and did a great job in the short time he spent at my place. He solved my problem and that’s what I care about most. I recommend him with no reservations or hesitations.

After dropping my laptop at uni, I was mortified to see the damage it had caused. I'd only had the laptop for 8 months. I found Martin via Google and can honestly say he is a lifesaver! My MacBook was so jammed up with Helpdesk emails from Apple, he couldn’t help me remotely but he didn’t give up, After taking in my laptop he located the problem, deleted all unwanted files, downloaded the latest software and gave it a spring clean. Martin spoke in normal language, not computer language and explained everything. I would recommend him.

Good communication, honest feedback about whether particular upgrades or repairs were worthwhile. Just a service and clean has meant one of our laptops is running like a different machine. Would definitely recommend.

Its not often that i am genuinely surprised by a company since promises are so seldom lived up to in the commercial world. However this was a real exception to the rule and is a perfect example of a small company being so customer driven that it delivers well over and above expectations. Martin is personable, efficient, honest and a good listener so I would thoroughly recommend him to friends and family and anyone looking for a really cost effective and professional solution to their I.T issues.
