Pretty standard Waitrose just outside the Canterbury ring road. Plenty of underground car parking with lifts and stairs.

Some weeks ago visited Waitrose Canterbury. Informed a member of staff that 1 of the soap dispensers in the gents toilet was broken and neither had any soap nor was there any soap available to use. Visited today (11Dec)...nothing has changed. 1 soap dispenser broken and both empty with no soap. Disgusting. Who checks these things. Again drawn to the attention of customer services.

Been shopping at Canterbury Waitrose since it opened and this morning, has been the worst customer service experience I've had as a 25year plus Waitrose customer.We as customers don't really expect much, other than be as polite to us as we are to you.... rather than receiving a response of don't serve in that area so you all to wait until someone is " yet three members of the same team

You've got to love Waitrose! They have good quality products that are well sourced. They always have ingredients that are on the unusual side that would be hard to find elsewhere. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The shopping experience is always relaxed and enjoyable. Personally I think it's the best supermarket in the UK.

Lovely team at the store checkouts (big shout-out to Vanessa).Large parking lot in the basement with elevators.Quieter shopping hours with less harsh lights during the week would be a great addition.

Nice little store . Cafe is very under staffed and lacking in products that were advertised.lots of store staff standing about that would have been better to help out in the cafe rather than scratching their nose. Service is very good,in the cafe friendly and polite. I'm not sure about the blue lights in the toilets you keep waiting for the lights to come on. Lots of store
