My wife had sole replaced on her small pair of boots, two days later it was falling off shoe, took shoes back to Largs store and not even an apology, but sole was replaced.

Busy wee shop in Irvine! Was in for a watch battery. Alan was run off his feet at the time but managed to fit and seal my watch in 30mins or so? Good job but is it worth the price? (which was more than some watch specialist would charge for the same service)
