What an experience, in a good way! After 29 years in the same house, like most people we viewed moving with some trepidation, but we felt the time was right. We got in touch with Hannells to do a valuation for us and Nicola Manning came to our home. What a lovely warm lady, my partner who normally has a poor view of estate agents warmed to her immediately. She was honest from the start by asking us why we wanted to move at all and she said some lovely things about our house. She gave a valuation, which we were both surprised at, again in a good way, and said that she would sell it within a week at that price. She lied - she sold it in THREE DAYS. Well done Nicola! Also thanks to George and other members of the team, who always answered the phone promptly when you called, unlike another estate agent who will be remain nameless. This same estate agent valued our house at £40000 less!!!!!

Hannell’s were selling my buyers home and due to the fact they didn’t do due diligence on my purchasers purchaser when she said she was a cash buyer ( which she wasn’t) the whole process took over 6 mths and costs us all thousands of pounds. Be aware.

our purchase house was listed by Hannells and they did a wonderful job in terms of service, friendliness and attitude. As we didn't have an estate agent involved in selling our old house, we had to lean on them a bit for advice and support. Highly recommended, the best people in the whole chain to deal with, including our solicitors (which of course we were paying for). Sara Walker-Bradley in after sales is mustard.
