I heard Jamie's grandad works here. One of the best prints in multiple forms I've ever come across. In my 28 years of life, I can count how many times I've seen this place open on one hand. Rumour has it that business is so good that the store does not need to open on weekends. Or weekdays for that matter. Thanks for everything :)

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE - TERRIBLE SERVICE AND POOR QUALITYI must preface this review by saying that I generally avoid writing negative reviews, but in this particular case, I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience. Regrettably, I have no choice but to give this establishment a one-star rating. Where do I even begin?First and foremost, the lack of communication was utterly unacceptable. It was as if the concept of prompt email replies was foreign to them. I would wait for ages before receiving a response, leading to significant delays in receiving my t-shirt. To make matters worse, when I submitted my designs on Tuesday, I didn't hear back until Friday, just moments before they closed, with the infuriating news that my designs had a low resolution. Instead of addressing this issue promptly, they wasted the entire week, only to inform me that the process would be further delayed due to a bank holiday on Monday. Consequently, I wouldn't receive my t-shirt until Tuesday.On Tuesday, I decided to pay a visit to the shop to inquire about the progress, and that's when the real nightmare unfolded. Not only did the person in charge promise that I would receive my t-shirt that day, but they also had the audacity to blame me for being difficult. As if that wasn't enough, when I arrived at the shop and politely asked for a moment to finish a phone call with my mother, who happened to be in the hospital, the person's demeanor suddenly turned hostile. They muttered under their breath that they didn't have all day for my personal matters and abruptly declared that I wouldn't be served. This level of rudeness and lack of empathy was utterly disgraceful, and no customer should ever endure such treatment.When I finally ended my call with my mother, I had to endure an extensive waiting period. To my disbelief, another customer who arrived after me was served first, which is simply unacceptable. Finally, I received an email stating that my t-shirt would be ready by 10 am the following day (Wednesday). However, the reality was far from their promise. To my dismay, upon arriving at the shop at 10:20 am on Wednesday, I was informed that the t-shirt was still not ready. I had to wait an additional 40 minutes until it was finally prepared. Throughout this entire ordeal, the person responsible never once bothered to apologize for the delay or offer any explanation. They would deliberately ignore me whenever they walked around the store.To add insult to injury, when I finally received the t-shirt, I was informed that there were marks on it that would need to be washed. While inconvenient, I just wanted to be on my way at that point. However, not even 24 hours after having the t-shirt in my possession, defects started appearing. The ink began to fade away, and the overall quality of the t-shirt was abysmal. It was a complete disappointment and a waste of my hard-earned money.In conclusion, I cannot stress enough how strongly I advise against engaging with this establishment. The person in charge has shown a complete lack of care for their customers and the quality of their products. Save yourself the trouble, frustration, and money. Look elsewhere for your t-shirt needs, as this place is an utter disappointment.

Order was wrong on collection, staff tried to blame me for this! Woman working in the shop extremely rude & arrogant, shouting at me & muttering under her breath despite me dealing with the man in there. Wouldn't recommend this place at all!!!

Absolutely poor service!! Phoned Multiprint to see if they could do me some embroidered Jumpers, Dave said yes can you email me the design so I can see how many stitches there would be and cost ect, come back with price so I confirmed I'd like to go forward with my order, had email stating ready so I collected... paid, got in car and couldn't wait to look at them but realised they were totaly wrong... went staright back in to stress my frustration of them being wrong and was met with dave telling me it WASNT his fault as I didn't state in the email I wanted embroidery like I did on the phone!!! His customer service skills are poor and I'd never go here again!!! He knew I needed the Jumpers for my charity as we're going onto BBC news. I'm really annoyed I payed for Jumpers I don't like with my hard earned cash for a charity that don't get any funding at all and now I've got to pay out again somewhere else!!!

Absolutely brilliant company to do business with, having our kit supplier delay things and not meet targets I called up on Multiprint and they turned everything round pretty quick ready for our season to start. Printing and embroidery was top quality, sending all of our items here from now on to be done, I will even use them for my work wear. 5* all round!!

I have been going to Multiprint for 35 plus years and have found them to be very friendly, accomodating and producers of fine embroidered and printed garments. Today I needed some Christmas cards producing and they are turning them round in two working days!
