Both Tim and Chris are great. I have used Biker Bits since they opened due to the level of service and the fact that they will try to get whatever it is you want and for a competitive price. Never had any issues, great to have a local biker shop with genuine helpful people running it.

Went in to buy a pair of TCX race boots they did not have them in stock but ordered them in. Got a phone call the next day to say they were in and had ordered a couple of sizes to try. The boots were a perfect fit and the guys there were helpful and have a fantastic attitude will definitely use them again. A brilliant shop to visit.

A very positive shopping experience, I found exactly what I was looking for and thanks to Jock I feel confident that my helmet is fitted properly and that my jacket will offer me comfort and protection. Lovely guys,Came in with my partner to get a new plate for the bike, ended up spending over an hour in there talking about bikes and helping my partner measure for helmets with advice etc, not pushy to sell to us but genuinely just trying to help us. Definitely will be back! Seems a new helmet is calling will be calling my name very soon…

Spoke to Jock about evotech levers for new speed triple which was a tricky one getting correct levers, he done a bit of research got back to me and received them this morning. Excellent quality and fitment, thanks Jock,nice one. Recommended retailer.

Been to Biker Bits to buy some new gloves, 2 weeks down the line the seem opened up on the finger. Went back to the shop today the owner was very understanding and gave a fresh set of gloves straight away. Very nice guy will definitely use him again thank you.

Excellent service when helping me to buy my first helmet - spent a lot of time with me trying on different helmets and they were very thorough when checking for fit. I got the sense they are really here to make sure you buy the right product, not the most expensive! Have since been back for gloves and will also be back for any other kit I need.

Fantastic customer service, went in to pick up my first helmet. Great fit and they don't try to upsell. I was so impressed with Jock's wisdom I bought a couple of jackets, gloves and other accessories I wish I had purchased my boots and jeans here instead. Will definitely be my got to place in the future for gear
