My daughter was moving from London to Sheffield and we had local removers lined up. But then she bought some furniture on Ebay from a seller in Fordingbridge. I was looking around for some way to get it to us to go on the van from London. When I contacted Lucas, he couldn't have been more helpful, and in chatting through my dilemma he asked if he could quote for the entire job. The price was so competitive that we went with Willow Removals. Lucas couldn't have been more helpful. He liaised directly with the Ebay seller and collected the furniture my daughter had bought on the evening before the move. They arrived at 7.30am at our home in South London the following morning and the van was swiftly but carefully loaded. They provided wardrobe boxes, and even the bed was wrapped to protect it. We were extremely impressed. 4 hours later they arrived in Sheffield and unloaded with the same care and good nature. Nothing was too much trouble. Furniture was postioned where we required and reassembled, and they were really conscientious about everything.It was a completely painless and stress-free move and I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you are moving a short distance or further afield, they will look after your belongs with the utmost care and all with a cheerful disposition. Booking them for this move was a great decision. Definitely 5 star rating.

Lucas and his team were just great. Punctual, respectful and careful with everything. They were courteous and efficient. I would have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommending them to anyone requiring a competitively priced house move. Adam and Paul completed the move the other end and finished off as they started. I can't recommend Willow Removals highly enough! My mum's move was a very emotional and stressful time. However, Lucas and his team were efficient, courteous and professional. We had a terrible experience with Willow removals. They underestimated the load and over ran on moving day which meant we couldn't do a good clean of the old property and van wasn't ready by completion time. Then didn't manage to complete the furniture rebuild on the moving in day as ran out of time and then didn't come back until several days later by which time we'd had to do it ourselves. Poorly packed items, Iike pottery with no bubble wrap, smashed in the bottom of the box. Lots of broken things. Terrible customer service. When I raised all of this Lucas got nasty threatening to send debt collectors instead of offering a discount for the poor work. Not good.
