I cannot believe that we didn't know about this shop before. Beautiful pieces, often at really reasonable prices (and much lower than you would expect). Guys at shop really helpful. Definitely give it a look!

Lovely lady on the tills today , very helpful as we were looking for a storage container. Staff helped us out to van with it too, thank you hope head office realise what a gem they have in you.

Great customer service. I've recently purchased a corner sofa bed online and wasn't sure what the color and fabric looks like as they didn't have it on display at any local store. I was served by a lovely guy Joao Ferreira who was so helpful. He reassured me that it's a good quality sofa and showed me the sofa before it was delivered to my house. Thank you very much Joao for your help! 1st class service!

Absolutely awful customer service and experience from this store!We purchased 4 chairs in grey (that was on receipt) got 2 boxes dumped at front of the store and left on a trolley. After getting them home and building one we realised they were not the correct colour. When I checked the stock codes the box codes didn’t match the receipt code.I called the store and was met with no apology. When I explained I could not return to this store as I live miles away and they also didn’t have any in stock. I asked would she check another store. Jayne called me back and said a closer store had them. Jayne also said that this was not the staff’s fault but mine. I said NO! It’s appalling communication between you and your staff that caused this to happen.I then left to go and swap the chairs to then be called as I pull up out side the other store and told by Jayne they don’t have the stock either. As you can imagine am not happy at this point. When I said I was not happy about this and wanted to complain to a higher person she refused to give me details and kept telling me to go and get a refund from this other store, then put the phone down on me. The staff in the other store where no more helpful then the St Helen’s store staff. They had 4 of the chairs in the grey on display and wouldn’t sell them. I explained I had no chairs they said you can order some that will arrive in 3 weeks. Clearly they didn’t understand or have any customer service skills, as that to me made the situation worse! In the end I got a refund and have been left stressed, distressed and disappointed at the JSYK company and their staff. I will never use this company again.

It's like IKEA, but smaller, and with more veneer. However, in the same moment, they have quite a lot of reasonably priced alternatives. Team on site is quite helpful, however, usually there's not enough of them so the queues can get insane.

Similar furniture as IKEA great helpful staff and plenty of furniture and other items bought a dining table excellent well made and sturdy worth going to shop there

totally bad customer service, i bought a wardrobe, they didn't help me to lift it in car, 3 boxes around 50kg each. At home when I checked all parts there was set of hinges missing, went back to shop and they said that will deliver them, after 9 month i still didn't receive them and last 4 month they don't answer to my emails. 100% wont buy nothing from this anymore.

Good quality stuff but my mum came to pick it up for me due to me having a baby and can’t get it myself and didn’t get offered help to carry the item to her car struggling and was told to take it to her car on the trolley and bring it back when she is finished thing that is disgusting no customer service!!!!
