I would give zero stars if this was an option.Absolutely rude and unpleasant staff. They have no idea of customer service.I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Friendly staff who was helpful when sorting collect plus return parcel.I was initially apprehensive based on reviews but staff were friendly and helpful.

Couldnt agree more with other 1 star reviews, extremly rude and terrible attitude member of staff (or the owner?) - a man maybe in his 50s who does not understand what customer service is, they way he spoke to me through out was completly unacceptable. He asked me a question three times (in a tone like you would having a go on a child) then realize it was himself who made a wrong assumption but not a word of apology.Dont bother come in here for anything as it will ruin your day.

Time wasters. Says everywhere that they open at 7am on a Sunday. Turned up at 9:45am on Sunday, shop closed no one to be seen.

Sold me a packet of McCoys Salt & Malt Vinegar that had been opened & taped back up with regular sticky tape.Update:I contacted Martins as per their comment within 15 mins of their posting of it. I am still waiting on a reply

Absolute rude and very unpleasant staff. Too lazy to change the price on the shelf stickers so just tells you the price has gone up when you get to the till. Maybe skimming the difference?

Obviously by reading previous reviews something has changed, because the service is excellent, deliver papers on time 7 days a week, even through bad weather and often open earlier than stated hours, a great service, friendly and helpful. Many thanks
