Purchased a Car in December 2020. Excellent value vehicle, best price for that model on the internet. Came with a warranty of 3 months.Had a problem with the battery on the car.They could not do enough for me. They provided a replacement car during the time they had the car back to replace the battery under warranty free of charge.Excellent service.

Bought a used car for my daughter. Although there has been a few issues with the car, the way they have been dealt with is 1st class. Cannot fault the service at all and all good now.

Bought a little run around from them, no pressure tactics, lovely lady answered every question, they were honest and up front with all the paper work. Love our little car and got it for a good price too, just under 40,000 miles on the clock, Pete was really helpful and I'd recommend, plus I'd go back again, thank you guys.

If I could have given minus stars I would. Very helpful and accommodating to begin with but out of owning the car for 10 weeks, I only had it on the road for 7!! Got to the stage where couldn’t trust car. I rejected it under Consumer Services Act 2015 which he tried to ignore. After threatening court, he reluctantly gave partial refund, promising balance on return of Log Book. He deceived me and I am STILL having to go to court. For the sake of him being honourable, I am now suing him for nearly 3 times the balance!! Not great business sense. Oh, and as I found out online, the MOT certificate that was missing on purchase, was the one revealing full body damage!! 3 times the car was returned for overheating and disconnected wires, leaving me stranded and waiting for recovery. Not professional. Please avoid at all costs and shop elsewhere***Update….my day in court arrived and judge found in my favour. Every single penny that I had spent on the car, plus money that I had spent on bits and pieces for the car, was awarded, plus court costs. Seller, on the other hand, couldn’t even be bothered to attend!!!Prior to court, he had tried to persuade me to withdraw negative review by stating he would pay me back if I did so!!! Tough…I got my money back anyway, and the negative review stays. The whole point of review sites is to give an honest account of your experience (good or bad), so that any prospective customer can make an informed decision
