Poor and unprofessional customer service at this branch of Paul Carr.I called today as I was interested in a let property. Usually PC representatives are quote forthcoming with information via phone. I know this as I purchased a property through another branch in May 2023. However, the customer service by a representative — Anita was appalling. Twice in a call that lasted only 2 minutes, she told me to go online to view the details of the property online — i.e. I was being fobbed off. Very disappointing and I will not be using PC Mere Green again.

Katy who helped book our viewing and handed over our keys was lovely, Jenna who showed us around was amazing and Beverley who progressed our sale continuously kept us in the loop. Paul Carr Four Oaks have recently sold our house and Kim and her team were exceptional from the moment we decided to sell right through to the end. At the point we made contact, our property was brought to market super quickly. Kim arranged viewings out of working hours to accommodate our needs, her communication was fantastic whenever we had even a small query or needed the process explaining, and she went above and beyond to make the sale stress free for us.
