Always courteous, gave my curtains a good clean for a reasonable price

This dry cleaner left large lines across the back of my suit jacket and raincoat, accepted liability and took it back in to repair, which they couldn’t do, and then tried to tell me it wasn’t them and told me I’d have to take them to court if I wanted even a refund. Looks to have been overpressed. Disgusting service.

I so regretted that I didn't read those reviews before I proceed with my service with Brompton, I have to say by giving one star is too good for this cleaning shop.I gave my John Lewis Boutique Hotel Velvet Stitch Bed Throw cost £250 and the other 2 shirts, sent on Sat, got promised will be delivered on Sunday, but they didn't, called on Monday, and been told it will deliver within 5 minutes, from my flat to this shop take at least 10minutes to walk, they obviously lie on my face, and of course, they didn't deliver either. the result concerns me so I start to check their review on Google, after I read the reviews that make me less concerned about the delivery time but more concerned about my items.Tuesday I went to the shop, and I can see customers' clothes and bed sheets wrapped with plastic lying on one side of the floor in the shop with no hygiene at all.They told me that the driver delivered my items to a different customer and he needs to go and pick them up again and deliver them to me the next day....WHAT?They were delivered on Wednesday morning with 3 stains on my bed throw and it was nothing on it, the softness of the velvet throw was gone, instead of crack and dry touch, the throw smell like food as well, regarding the two shirts, which white part became light grey, as of they used the water from the river to clean it.I didn't request the compensation because I know they won't respond positively according to all the other reviews, I am really really disappointed with the experience, and this is the worse laundry experience ever in my life, if you have no bother of damaging your loved items, the chaos of your experiences, go to this shop and you will get them all, otherwise STAY AWAY from this shop!!!!

Worst service on the earthThey told lies about finishing time, never trust them !!I cannot receive my laundry even my last day in London.I made a double check by phone call, but they told my fault" not them !Not professional

The worst!!!!! I had to bring my whites back twice now because although I told them to bleach the whites they somehow forget the easiest and most obvious of laundry tasks! The last time I brought all my white bedding in - they lost all of it! Instead they gave me 3 double flat sheets wrapped in plastic. When I finally got around to changing my bedding I realised they gave me the wrong package and returned to the store and they refused to do anything because I threw away the plastic with the laundry tag and it was after six days (not sure why 6 days have any impact). There is another laundry shop just up the road - I would strongly recommend considering that option over Brompton Laundry.

Had some delays, the staff told lies that they have it in the shop and will be available in 30mins…. But it was not in the shop and was not going to be available! They use another location for some of their services.Spoke with the manager who said ‘We are not John Lewis’.I think that comment sums it up.AVOID!!!!

I brought white trousers for general cleaning which I wore just once, they returned it with a huge black stain. Then they tried to wash it off few times (I asked to try to do it, cuz I really liked those trousers), they asked me if I have a receipt for it, and I rather prefer the stain to be removed at this point. It didn’t worked fully in the end and then the owner who was showing off how respectful his business is and spoke in a very patronising way tried to prove me that the trousers were actually old he can see that (as a trouser scientist perhaps) and I am lying that they left the stain. He suggested me to prove he is wrong if I want a compensation now.You are a cheeky swindler not a businessman, and your rate in google is speaking for itself.

I can easily say the worst dry cleaning service I used in years.I gave them a very expensive pair of trousers to wash, not only they were unable to get them cleaned but they gave them back to me heavily stained and covered in yellow patches.There was also a hole in one of the leg that wasn’t there before, exactly where the yellow stain was.I’ve asked explanations, the guy was rude, refused to accept responsibility for the damage and said that it was my fault and he had nothing to do with it.I had no reimbursement and he refused to compensate me in any way for the damage he caused.I urge you to stay away from this place.Clothes are stored in a filthy environment and even before this accident, clothes were given back to me dirty and the guy admitted that it was because the shelves where he stored them were not cleaned and he had to wash everything again.There was a huge lack of respect, kindness and humility and people like that should be out of business.If I could give less than 1 star as score I would definitely do it !Bad ! Bad ! Bad !

Terrible. Ruined my trousers and didnt refund me. They washed white trousers with coloured clothes!!!

These people are thieves and charlatans. I took a shirt to be dry-cleaned, and they promptly lost it, and claimed I must have already taken it back. Refused to offer a refund, and instead offered me someone else's shirt. I was shocked. Will be pursuing legal action against them, please don't give them your custom! There are many excellent dry-cleaners in the area.
